Position Summary: The Learning Support Teacher is responsible for providing targeted support to students with diverse learning needs. This includes planning and delivering interventions, collaborating with classroom teachers, assessing students, and developing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to ensure all learners have the opportunity to achieve their full potential. The teacher works closely with students to ensure their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) are implemented, monitored, and regularly updated to support progress in accordance with state-mandated educational standards.

The William Penn School District is located in southeastern Delaware County and serves approximately 5,000 students residing in the Aldan, Colwyn, Darby, East Lansdowne, Lansdowne, and Yeadon Boroughs.
